The beer industry in China has entered a stage of rapid development, and so far, the beer production and per capita consumption in China have significantly increased. To meet this market demand, domestic beer manufacturers are vigorously expanding production plans, reducing production costs, and improving production quality. As the packaging process of liquid food, beer packaging is the final production process of beer property production and manufacturing. The packaging production line is a relatively high investment project for beer property funds and skills. It is meaningful to discuss the fundamental central function of the beer packaging production line and equip suppliers with skill innovation mechanisms. The fundamental central function of the food packaging process is the production of beer filling machines and the quantification.
There are three different packaging methods for beer filling machine production based on the fundamental functions of filling and quantification:
One is to fill first and then quantify. Many liquid filling machines currently in use directly measure and quantify the liquid level (liquid level sensor or exhaust pipe) during the final filling stage. This type of filling is commonly used for packaging of aerated beverages (isobaric filling).
The second is to quantify before filling. A volumetric filling valve means that each filling valve is equipped with a measuring cylinder (quantitative cylinder), which is controlled by a liquid level sensor (float or probe type) for quantitative measurement. The liquid is first transferred from the material cylinder to the quantitative cylinder for measurement, and then filled into the packaging. This type of filling is often used for non aerated beverages and PET packaging.
The third is to fill while quantifying. This is an electronic valve filling machine equipped with an electromagnetic induction flow meter, which is a dynamic quantitative measurement method. The electromagnetic flow meter is used for dynamic measurement of the liquid flowing through the valve.
